What is Global day of Coderetreat?
All over the world, Coderetreats are organized on the same day, December 14.
Last year, 150 cities participated to this event, celebrating software craftsmanship and the passion that drives software developers.
What's gonna happen?
Throughout the day, we will form pairs and work in iterations of 45 minutes on a cellular evolution game invented by John Horton Conway, The Game Of Life.
What should you bring?
Bring your laptop and if you can spare keyboards are always welcome.
Coderetreats being language agnostic, you can either use your favorite programming language or any other you are interested to get better at. Make sure you have a development environment setup with a lightweight testing framework for each programming language you plan on using during the coderetreat.
A light breakfast, lunch and beverages will be provided by the host.
